This is our second program on geo-engineering or climate engineering.  There are five important aspects of geo-engineering that justify interrupting our normal programming to bring you this special program:

• It’s an endtime issue

Today’s show is an interview with Dane Wigington, world renown expert on climate engineering.

Dane has a background in solar energy. He is a former employee of Bechtel Power Corp. and has a background in renewable energy. Dane owns a large “wildlife preserve” next to Lake Shasta in northern California. He’s done extensive testing and research into the geo-engineering issue since 2002.

Dane is the lead researcher for www.geoengineeringwatch.org (started in 2009) and has investigated all levels of geo engineering from stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering (SAG) to HAARP. Dane has appeared on many films and radio interviews to educate the public on the devastating global environmental and health dangers we face from geo-engineering.

The conversation with Dane covered many of the points contained in the text below:

Geo-engineering:

What if there were a monumental environmental threat that you didn’t even know was happening? What if you found out it is affecting your health and that of people you know and love? What if you knew it was such an enormous problem that it has the potential to destroy our crops and trees, the soil they are grown in, our entire water supply, and whole ecosystems – and that if you didn’t act, we could never turn back?

We are not talking about fracking, nuclear energy, or the oil industry. We’re not even talking about climate change.

What if it came into use in an insidious way, just as GMO foods have come into our food supply without our knowledge? What if it appeared to be harmless, but it wasn’t? And what if it were so cleverly woven into our culture that we didn’t even see it anymore? What if it were so masterfully stigmatized and wrapped in controversy that if you thought it strange or concerning, you’d be scorned or ignored?

It sounds like science fiction, but it’s not. It’s happening right above you, and it’s called “geoengineering”.

You can find articles and debates in which scientists are proposing to “dim” the sun to slow down climate change, using a technique called “Solar Radiation Management” (SRM). Their concept is to mimic the dimming and cooling effects of a volcanic eruption and existing particulate pollution made by human activity. However, it has been out of the proposal stage for quite some time, and even though officials will not admit it, SRM is already in full-scale operation.

SRM sounds like a viable solution to slowing climate change, and scientists have repeated how “cheap” it is over and over again. But it comes with a price. In fact, it comes with many.

Global climate engineering/geoengineering programs are radically disrupting weather patterns, disrupting the hydrological cycle (causing drought in some areas, flooding others), destroying the ozone layer, and contaminating the entire planet with the toxic fallout from these atmospheric spraying operations.

Climate engineering programs have been fully deployed for many years. There is a mountain of hard science data and film footage to back up this statement of fact.

City Bible Group’s spiritual perspective on this issue:

• First, this is an endtime issue.  The severity and the advances of geo-engineering show us we’re entering the time of trouble prophesied in the Bible, “a time of trouble such as never has been, no, nor ever shall be”. A time where powers and authorities are conducting genocide on a massive scale. A time where the very existence of the planet is threatened.
• Second, from a Christian perspective, this is first and foremost a spiritual battle. Satan is waging all-out war against humanity. We need to defeat him first in the spiritual realm so that the battle can be won on the physical realm. How does a Christian fight in spiritual warfare?
  • Praise
  • Prayer – warfare prayer and prayer in the Spirit (praying with God’s Word)
  • Fasting
  • Unity
• Thirdly, how does geo-engineering mesh with Bible prophecy?  The reality is that God will stop geo-engineering if it’s His will, i.e. if that serves His higher plan and purpose.  The Bible says in Isaiah 55:8-9:
  • “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
    Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
    “For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
    So are My ways higher than your ways,
    And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

• Therefore what may appear to us as a bad idea or a bad plan, namely to allow geo-engineering to run its course as a major wake-up call to humanity, in God’s eyes may actually be a very good thing because ultimately what really matters is eternal salvation.
  • If a planetary collapse serves God’s purpose of saving as many souls as possible, then that is a good plan. I know this may sound radically unacceptable to some of you but spiritual truths are spiritually discerned. The reality is that God knows best and we need to trust His perfect will and wisdom.
  • The other important point is that God’s higher plan entails re-creating a new heaven and a new earth. God will recreate the Garden of Eden, the new Jerusalem here on earth. In order to do that He has to destroy this earth. Like Sodom and Gomorra, our planet is so corrupted that it can’t be salvaged.
  • There’s a passage in Revelation 7, verses 14 – 17, where the Bible says that those who come out of the great tribulation (dressed in white linen) “shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat”. Which means that during the great tribulation they did hunger, they did thirst, the sun and the heat were strong on them. So we will go through the tribulation but we’ll come out victorious and the Lord will deliver us just in time. God is never late.
• Fourth: If it were the case that God will allow geo-engineering to play itself out until the earth is brought to destruction, why are we talking about it here today? Why would I take the time off of our normal study of the Word of God to talk about this topic? There are two reasons:

1. What’s happening with geo-engineering really forces us to see how close we are to the end.
2. God can use anyone, even corrupt leaders, to accomplish His purposes. The Lord wants us to denounce geo-engineering because it exposes the depth and breadth of Satan’s evil. We have to unmask People need to know who the real enemy is, they need to understand there really is an ongoing battle between good and evil that’s now reaching a crescendo. We’re nearing the battle that ends all battles, the battle of Armageddon. That battle is not a battle between nations, but between the armies of Satan and the armies of God.

• Fifth, the only way out of this mess, the only safety, the only certainty, the only salvation, is in the arms of Jesus. Yeshua in Hebrew means safety, salvation. No one on this planet can guarantee any particular outcome. But God promises that He always delivers His people, the people who keep His commandments and have the testimony of Jesus, those who “follow the Lamb wheresoever He goes”. God is faithful. He’s the only refuge in time of need, the only security. He’s our strong tower, our savior and deliverer. God is the only safe place. “The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them”. And Psalm 18 says:
  • “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
    My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
    My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
    I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;
    So shall I be saved from my enemies.”
